The goal was to “freshen up” the digital presence while aligning it with her growing influence as a professional speaker and workplace development expert.

The new iteration of the site features a refined, high-impact layout that balances her personal coaching services with her corporate workplace development programs, such as the 5 Habits of Thriving Organizations method. By migrating the legacy “Habit of Happy” content into a modern, six-page architecture, the digital home now serves as a professional portfolio that showcases her certifications, published articles, and speaking engagements.
