I designed a modern and high-performance digital presence for HomeTown Pro Realty using WordPress and the Enfold theme, specifically tailored to the fast-moving Central Indiana real estate market. The project focused on a clean, “neighborhood-first” aesthetic that reflects the firm’s identity as Shelbyville’s most innovative real estate team. I prioritized a streamlined user experience, ensuring that whether a client is looking to buy their first home or sell a long-time property, they are met with a professional, high-trust environment from the moment they land on the home page.

Beyond the core real estate functions, I engineered the site to reflect the brand’s unique values, including their dedicated Support Animal Rescue initiative. By integrating a robust Resource Architecture for both buyers and sellers, I created a digital hub that offers more than just listings—it provides expert advice and market strategies. The technical foundation is optimized for local search visibility, ensuring that families moving within Shelbyville and the surrounding counties can easily find and connect with an agent through high-visibility “Call Now” triggers and contact systems.

The design strategy focused on “Local Authority.” We prioritized a layout that emphasizes immediate accessibility and expert insight. By using a bright, welcoming color palette and clear navigation paths, we ensured that users can self-identify as either a buyer or a seller and find targeted information instantly. The visual strategy used high-quality regional imagery to reinforce their deep roots in the Central Indiana community.
