The Challenge

Pak Mail Ole Miss serves as the primary mail hub for the University of Mississippi, handling thousands of student packages and mailbox renewals every semester. The goal was to transform their online presence into a sleek, high-utility platform that simplified complex logistics for both students and out-of-state parents. I focused on creating a design that felt “at home” in Rebel Country while maintaining the professional authority of a secure shipping center.

The Solution

I completely overhauled the user interface, prioritizing a “mobile-first” layout that caters to the student lifestyle. By developing custom, branded UI components—such as compact app-integration cards and streamlined WooCommerce product pages—I cleared the “digital clutter” that often slows down the renewal process. From precision CSS adjustments to optimizing the checkout flow, every design choice was made to ensure that managing a campus mailbox is as fast and intuitive as sending a text.
