I designed a professional digital presence for Hakky Shoe Repair & Comfort Shoes using WordPress and the Enfold theme. For a family-owned business with over 30 years of history in the Greenwood area, the design needed to bridge the gap between traditional old-world craftsmanship and modern retail. I focused on a clean, visual-first layout that highlights their specialized repair services and their extensive line of comfort and orthopedic footwear.
To ensure the site functions as both a service directory and a product showcase, I implemented a structured navigation system. This allows customers to easily explore high-quality repair options—from full soles to leather patch work—while also learning about advanced technology like the Aetrex iStep® foot scanning system. By prioritizing a fast, mobile-responsive design, I ensured that local customers can find the shop’s location and contact details quickly while on the move.
