I designed a sophisticated digital home for Arens Group Workplace using WordPress and the Enfold theme. This project focused on creating a “sanctuary for productivity”—a workspace that prioritizes health and wellness. I utilized a clean, airy layout with high-resolution imagery of their natural-light-filled suites, lush greenery, and Zen patio to immediately signal a premium, wellness-first environment to busy professionals.

To power the business side of the site, I integrated the Amelia booking plugin, allowing members to seamlessly reserve meeting rooms, private offices, and event spaces like “The Vision Lab” or “The Focus Room” in real-time. By focusing on a “High-Contrast, Low-Stress” design, I ensured that the technical complexity of the booking system remains hidden behind a polished, intuitive interface.

The Challenge

Arens Group is more than a traditional office rental; it’s a lifestyle-focused coworking destination. The challenge was to design a site that could effectively market a diverse range of physical assets—from ergonomic desks to a yoga-equipped outdoor patio—while providing a frictionless, automated checkout process for hourly and daily rentals. We had to solve the puzzle of making a technical booking engine feel as organic and welcoming as the physical space itself.

The Strategy

The design strategy focused on “Frictionless Productivity.” We prioritized a layout that highlights the unique amenities—like dual-screen conference setups and pet-friendly environments—paired with clear, action-oriented triggers. By organizing the site into specific “Space Showcases,” we ensured that whether a client needs a quiet place for a therapy session or a high-tech room for a board meeting, the path to booking is direct and visually compelling.

Integrated Amelia Booking Engine: A fully automated system for real-time room availability, scheduling, and payments.
Wellness-Centric Visual Architecture: A design language that uses soft tones and natural textures to mirror the on-site “Zen” experience.
Dynamic Space Galleries: Specialized portfolios for each unique area, including the Zen Patio, Focus Room, and Vision Lab, to drive interest.

The Result

Arens Group Workplace now has a polished, high-performance digital presence that matches the revolutionary nature of its physical location. The site is fast, secure, and serves as a 24/7 automated manager—handling bookings and payments while perfectly reflecting the brand’s commitment to professional well-being.
